LightDM and XFCE

Hi!
I have a problem with XFCE and LightDM.
Without LightDM, I have to open XFCE session manually, I have to run startx command after I login on the console.
With LightDM, I have to quit it because it displays a grey screen with cursor, nothing else. SO I have to quit it, login manually and run startx.

What I have to do? I have my own xinitrc file.
