Thinkpad t450s touchpad issue

I had issues with touchpad. Left part of it did not work. Button click did work on the corners, it's just mouse swipe did not work. Sometimes it had ghost touch. I was watching youtube and it would pause by itself. Sometimes it would seem like it's clicked. Swiping finger would scroll webpage. I thought it was hardware issue but still i tried downgrading libinput from 1.14.3 to 1.13.4 rebooted machine and touchpad works flawlesly! Everything is working great it's been an hour.

Re: Thinkpad t450s touchpad issue

After about 2 hours it started to glitch again. So is it hardware issue? Why did it work good for more then 2 hours? Can it be connection issue and maybe disconecting and reconecting flex cable will solve it?

Re: Thinkpad t450s touchpad issue

I am using a Synaptics TM3075-002 touchpad on my Lenovo x250 laptop and have similar problems. Since kernel 5.4.1-arch1-1 my left-mouse button doesn't work at all. Downgrade to 5.3.13-arch1-1 solves the problem. <-- same issue with 5.3.13 :-(
