[Gnome] Intel HDA front mute after boot

Hi,

I use Gnome as window manager and load the Intel HDA kernel module. My sound card works, but the problem is, that after every reboot in the volume manager of gnome the front channel is muted automatically. So I have to unmute the channel manuel. Is this a known problem or is there any solution to that strange behave?

Regards

Re: [Gnome] Intel HDA front mute after boot

install alsa-utils and add alsa to DAEMONS list. the script will save the volume at stop and restore at start.

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
