It seems that opera has problems calling up dialogue boxes sometimes; there's a long delay (about 5-7 seconds) for the first dialogue box in a session to appear. It freezes the rest of the UI completely. For instance, I'll click on a download link and the whole browser will freeze until the save file dialogue finally appears. If I then go and download another file, the next file save box comes up instantly.
opera-static doesn't appear to have this problem, so I'm guessing it's QT-related. Has anyone else seen this?
I have kind of a nonstandard KDE setup (a mix of 3 and 4 because I hate and downright LOATHE most of KDE 4, especially the slow and neutered konqueror), so that might've caused it.
