tint2 segfaults every 10 minutes or so

I'm using xfce4 as my DE, but I wanted something a bit lighter for the taskbar (incidently, I use openbox & tint2 at home and while tint2 doesn't crash there I get weird artifacts on my desktop when using certain applications.  Also, I prefer the xfce menu to openbox's)

Anyway, every 10 minutes or so but sometimes after just a couple of minutes tint2 will segfault and die.  I'm using the tint2 package from aur (not the svn one).  Anyone know of a fix or workaround for this?  Even if it's something as clunky as relaunching tint2 whenever it dies I'm good with that.

Try the SVN one maybe?

I've been running tint2 svn since i started using it and no problems.
