acpid screwing my splashy

Hi fellas, I have a bit of a problem, well it's not vital but still. It's just that when shutting down splashy pops up, which is ok, but then there's a message

acpid: exiting

I assume I'll have to comment it out of some init script of acpid... thanks

Deinstall acpid if you don't need it.
