I just installed the base system and trying to set up a desktop.
I installed xorg but there is no xorg.conf, so I've to generate one by myself.
I want to use this command:
xorgconf
but error shows it not exist.
how can I install xorgconf?
TKS
P.S: I'm using Thinkpad T23

xorgconf was removed from the xorg packages because X doesn't strictly require an xorg.conf file anymore.
You may not need an xorg.conf file unless you've got some very specific requirements in mind.
See http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Beg … cessary.29 and try just starting X without a config file.

If you decide you do need a xorg.conf, X -configure will generate one you can modify as required.
Full details on the wiki's xorg page.

Thanks @natron and @tomk
I've left Arch for 1 year, must refresh so many things.
-----------------
The result: I've found no xorgconf yet but no xorg.conf is all right. the new xorg doesn't need it.
