Separate wine prefixes would allow you to do this.

On the assumption the prior poster is correct about prefixes, (tbh i just woke up and didn't bother reading your original post) you can just do this:
WINEPREFIX=/home/yourname/.someNewWineFolderName wine /path/to/the/program
Wine will automatically create and populate that directory if it doesn't exist, which it shouldn't. I use a folder called ".winenew", for reference.

Please search before asking. Google helps instantly with some effort on your part.

If you've noticed, I was the first responder. I indicated that you should use wine prefixes. If you had gone to www.google.com and searched 'wine prefix', the second link would have told you what to do.
http://www.google.com.my/search?q=wine+prefix
If you've read something but don't understand it, then ask specific questions here. Also, once you've managed to get things working, please mark the thread solved.

Go to your first post, click 'Edit' (It's between 'Report' and 'Quote' on the bottom-right of the post), and add [SOLVED] to the subject.
Good you got it sorted out. Have fun with your wine apps.
