View Tray Icons Without a Taskbar?

Hey, I have recently been closing tint2 after connecting to the internet using Wicd since I always use Alt+Tab anyway. This leaves me with more room for everything else. But then I have no access to tray icons if I need them later. How can I access them without tint2? I'm using Openbox if it helps. Thanks.

pacman -Ss panel, perlpanel and pypanel would probably help.

Alternatively, just for the tray, pacman -Ss systray.
