[SOLVED] Slim + pam_mount?

Hi,

my /home is encrypted and i use pam_mount to decrypt it on GDM-login. I've started to experiment with xfce and i just tried slim as an alternative to GDM, but it fails to login with the "Unable to execute login command". The login_cmd is set to ~/.xinitrc which is existing (configured with "exec startxfce4"). So my guess is, that my /home isn't decrypted by pam_mount when using slim.

Has anyone had more success than me? Is slim + encryption possible?

Thanks
VR

Slim should support PAM now. I hope you didn't forget to edit /etc/pam.d/slim (adding pam_mount)?

You can add this to the archwiki page, if it doesn't contain it, just a small work for our community wink
