Like in topic. Scrolling is so slow that i can't use it for more than 5minutes. Opera 10 (from desktop team blog), qt4 version.
It happened only on UXA (intel card). On exa from legacy driver it is ok.

As you said UXA is probably causing this, but you can also try to turn on/off Smooth scrolling on "Advanced settings" tab in "Browsing" cathegory

This is the same...a bit different but the same horrible performance as without smooth scrolling
