reinstalling with LVM

I have LVM set up on my system for my /home partition.  It consists of two disks, a total of 750GB of storage.   If i reinstall arch on /root  will I lose my LVM configurations, and not be able to access the data on /home?

IF i decide to reinstall, what should I do?

you can just reinstall. and reuse your existing /home.  just be sure to not overwrite anything
