I get this when trying to update:

Because of shaman I can't update pacman?
Do I have to unintstall shaman so # pacman -Syu can work?

Shaman currently does not work with pacman-3.3 but an updated version of shaman should be released soon. If you want to upgrade now, you need to uninstall shaman first.
