Kickoff Link to Konsole with prompt

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a shortcut in the KDE kickoff menu which opens a new Konsole, executes a command and stays open with a prompt waiting for user input. Sounds easy? Well, I tried for four days and it seems impossible (without using scripts).
konsole --noclose -e iwconfig leaves me without prompt!
xterm -e "iwconfig; bash" is what I want but with Konsole instead of xterm!
