Hello... making an Openbox theme, based on Artwiz-boxed, which comes with Openbox. There are some odd RGB values, though. At first I thought they were hex, but converting them to decimal yields very different colors.
For example, menu.items.text.color: rgb:90/a0/b0
Anyone want to clue me in? Such a thing is hard to Google for.

It's a blue gray color, R=144 G=160 B=176, or H=210 S=18 V=69. Probably meant for text on a dark background. The two styles for expressing rgb colors in openbox themes are rr/gg/bb or #rrggbb. Either one works. I haven't tried mixing the two styles but I would guess that works too.
Try gcolor2. Its a good, small tool for quickly grabbing screen colors, and for displaying, adjusting and translating color codes.
A fun site to use for auto-generated color themes is Color Scheme Designer. Click on the "Show Tooltips" under "About & Help" and you'll quickly learn to navigate. Or just start clicking on different things and figure it out yourself. If I can do it, it's not hard to do.
Also see the Openbox Help:Themes page.

Ahh, there's my problem. I'm an idiot.
I saw "rgb:/90/a0/b0" and thought only the last two were hex, so I converted and got 90/160/176, which is a red color and looked totally off. I now see that the 90 was hex too
Apologies. Thread solved.
EDIT: The above makes no sense, but don't mind me I fixed the problem.
