Graphical details returns to low after restart

As title says I have a problem with my KDE.

After every restart my video show up in low detail (no composite, etc...).

Then I have to go to: System Settings > Appearance > Style > Fine Tuning >>> and switch to High display resolution.

As a matter of fact it is already switched to high display resolution, but for some strange reason I have to click on combo-box and then on the high display resolution again.

After "Apply" its normal again.

So, is there a way to solve this anoying bug?
