[SOLVED] hp mini 210 1030, usb boot

hello guys! stood outside the community because my dv4 got the broken power supply! resolved to sell the "smallbook" and buy a netbook.

first doubt is how to boot the arch by USB! I know that there is a topic here, but long ago I saw him.

i made the corrects conf, but when i booting it a 20s after it returns a error

/bin/sh: cant access tty: job control turned off

anyone have any idea? thx

just a mistake on LABEL device
