Could anyone do me a favour?

I am a web designer who like to work in Arch linux . I tried to install WDT - Web Developer Tools from Yourt just now,however the source file is hosted in Dropbox which was blocked in China course I coundn't install it.I can't find another way to download it. Could anyone help me to download the source file and send it to my email: ,thanks in advance.
