How do I mount the encrypted folder left behind by Ubuntu?

Hello, recently I switched from ubuntu to arch, and upon trying to find my files on /home, I realized that ubuntu had encrypted them. I have tried for god knows how long to mount it and have had absoloutley no success. The encryption is aes, and I can only guess the key must be my password. All of the stuff that's encrypted is in '/home/lyudess/.Private'.
[root@myhost ~]# mount -t ecryptfs /home/lyudess/.Private /home/lyudess
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /home/.ecryptfs/lyudess/.Private,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
       dmesg | tail  or so
