TV-TIme ENLTV FM and randomized detection of sound card

hello guys. This capture card isn't working on arch-64. Some of you could run it? I'm using tvtime, but what I've is just a blue screen. Nothing about channels.

And

My soundcard changes the device that is working each boot. Sometimes it's 0,2, sometimes it's 1,0 and I should change the device on some players, and others just don't play.

mplayer plays with sound.
xmms also, but I should verify the config on every boot
totem doesn't play sounds

I've run alsaconf on last 5 minutes, but I haven't reboot. But no changes yet. maybe after reboot.

What could you say me?
