i'm  interested to an app able to draw vectorial fields

Gnuplot has a "with vectors" style that can be used; Asymptote is another.  Both are in extra. 

I've only used gnuplot for vector fields because I had prior experience with gnuplot and figured the learning curve would not be that steep.  I've never tried asymptote.
