Arch as guest OS

I am setting up Arch as a guest OS in Windows 7 using Virtualbox.  How do I go about installing the guest additions as well as getting the screen bigger?  Is there a virtualbox graphics adapter that I can use for Arch?

Any help as well as the steps to complete this task would be greatly appreciated.
