Hi,
I've got a Logout thing in an Application Launch Bar on my main panel. Fine by me, but I cant find any Logout in my Available Applications. Where did my Logout come from?
On another box an LXDE installation lacks this nice red logout button and I don't know how to put it there

If you go to Panel Settings -> Advanced, is there anything set for the logout command?

Logout looks like an ordinary application in an Application Launch Bar applet (plugin). There's no Logout application in the Available Applications, however. One can't tell where it comes from.

Try running "lxsession-logout" and check if its the same program.

Not exactly. lxsession-logout sports all the buttons but lacks LXDE banner.

What about "lxde-logout"?

That's it.

It takes an addition to ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels/panel, like this:
Plugin {
type = launchbar
Config {
Button {
id=/usr/share/applications/lxde-logout.desktop
}
}
}
