I used to use Slim as a login manager but for some reason I started to just log in to a terminal. Anyway, sometimes the computer lags between when I type in my username and password. While it is lagging if I start typing in my password it will show up on the screen. Usually its just the first 4 characters or so, depending on how fast I type. Anyway its not a huge deal since I'm usually at home by myself but it does seem like a security risk.
Has anyone else experience this? Any ideas of where the problem would be? I don't even know where to look to file a bug report.
