Map Alt-Click to Middle Mouse Button?

I don't have a middle mouse button, or an insert key, so pasting text in urxvt is quite tough

I was wondering if there is an easy way to map alt-click (either left or right, doesn't matter to me) to be the middle mouse button? I'm running dwm if this is a window manager specific operation.
