Welcome to the forums. When looking for information, the first thing to look at would be the manual or man pages for the said app
look at man pacman -- especially the flag called --noconfirm
--noconfirm
Bypass any and all "Are you sure?" messages. It's not a good idea to do this unless you want to run pacman from a script.
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !

And might I add, pay special attention to the "not a good idea" part. Simply bypassing all confirmations in pacman all the time can only lead to trouble in the long run; it's wise only to run --noconfirm when you're installing specific packages you're familiar with from the repos, and it's easier to check the list of packages pacman spits out at you than to dig through logs to find an error.
