nvidia-settings and options autoload

Hi. So wiki suggests to add

nvidia-settings --load-config-only

to desktop environment's auto-startup method. I added this to "gnome-session-properties" (I use Gnome). It's "/usr/bin/nvidia-settings --load-config-only" there. But video brightness doesn't load on boot. I have to run nvidia-settings to load brightness. What am I doing wrong?

Re: nvidia-settings and options autoload

Well, "Startup Applications" is gnome-session-properties.

Looks like now it is solved, I just refreshed ".nvidia-settings-rc" file. Maybe it became outdated after one of my recent updates... I'm not sure.
