eiskaltdc++, able to connect but not able to download stuff

i am on a LAN network. before switching to archlinux from ubuntu my dc++ used to work fine but it dono why has stoped working on archlinux.i am able to connec to the hub and view users only,see the main chat but not able to download any stuff..
i dono what to do please help me
i get this error
  UPnP:Failed to get External IP.
