internet in Virtual box
I am having windows xp as a guest in my virtual box.
I am connected to internet in arch through bluetooth by ppp method. using pon airtel command.
So how can i access the internet in my vbox.

You should enable a network adapter and attach it to NAT.

Read the VirtualBox manual, search for NAT in the Networking section

And remember load the network modules before start Virtualbox:
# modprobe vboxnetflt

Virtualbox Manager / select the Virtual Machine / Settings / Network.
And you don't need those modules as Procyon has already told you.

In network I have selected NAT and tried. But nothing works

I don't think you need to change it, mine is PCnet - Fast III. However you should make sure that Cable connected option is checked. You can also change this option when running the WM right clicking on the network icon on the status bar (at the bottom of the window).
