[SOLVED] WICD asks for password upon login

I am using Arch with KDE 4.6.

Upon logging in, I am confronted with a window asking for my root password:

"The action you requested needs root privileges. Please enter root's password below or click Ignore to continue with your current privileges.
Command: /usr/sbin/wicd
Password: ____________ "

I would like to stop this as it is rather annoying. I have wicd as a daemon in rc.conf already (DAEMONS= (syslog-ng wicd netfs crond dbus)).
Hopefully there is some config file I need to edit, or some simple fix to this.

Thanks very much for reading.

Re: [SOLVED] WICD asks for password upon login

dbus needs to be before wicd in rc.conf

I've had no problems with wicd-kde-git (using the new wicd - see this topic) from the AUR.

That solved it. I had a feeling it was something simple like that; thanks very much for the help.
