Chrome/Chromium appearance (close, maxamize, minimize)

Just a question about the chrome's appearance.
for me chromium/google-chrome both look like this:

I don't really like those buttons and think they are ugly.
I found this screenshot (and there seems to be several more like it):

This looks like the google branded version, but even with the google-chrome package from AUR I can't get those sexy buttons. Any advice?

edit: I mean without using the system title bar

have you looked under your preferences? There's an option that asks where you want to use the GTK theme or Chromes default.

yah that doesn't change the buttons. I ended up just making my own theme so I don't really care anymore, but I won't mark it as solved in case someone else wants to know and an answer is found.
