It's in the AUR (called eiskaltdcpp), so find out how to use the AUR, and how to build Arch packages. The half-assed approach, as described above, is definitely NOT recommended.
Everything you need is in the wiki and/or man pages.
More generally - nothing wrong with being a newbie, as long as you're prepared to put some work into it. If you feel you need one-to-one guidance for these procedures, it's possible you have chosen the wrong distro.

As suggested i tried using makepkg after extrating eiskaltdc++ from it's source code but i again got an error:
==> Making package: eiskaltdcpp 2.2.0-3 (Sat Mar 12 18:08:05 IST 2011)
==> Checking Runtime Dependencies...
==> Installing missing dependencies...
error: 'miniupnpc': could not find or read package
==> ERROR: 'pacman' failed to install missing dependencies.
could u please help me...
Thanks for being patient enough..

Actually, I'm not good at being patient. You haven't read enough about how to build Arch packages - read more, try again.

Could u just give me a binary answer..

sorry couldn't resist....
More seriously - I can't help you with this any further, as you are not prepared to help yourself. This procedure is very well documented, all you have to do is read. You should also be prepared to try AND FAIL as many times as necessary.

finally got it!!
thanks for being strict, cause in the process i learned a lot.

"Arch - the tough love distro"

boost needs to be installed in order to solve the problem.
pacman -S boost
no amount of reading the archwiki on how to install packages from the AUR will solve the problem
