I'm not so sure it's good PR to have the string "Don't Panic" in a distro's boot-up output.
speaking about PR - this (thread) here is excellent PR! microsofts blue screens are PR - everybody knows nowadays, what's a bluescreen... and hopefully everybody should know that archlinux stands for not panicking
