Flashy wallpaper aside, is that Openbox + Xcompmgr? Oh, and what's that pager app in the background?

I wouldn't use hard porn cause its a bit... er... distracting.
But then again, maybe I will, I'm still only halfway through the vacation.

Aside from that:

I had a mate at Uni that had amputee midget porn as his background.  Certainly kept us away from messing about with his comp!

It distracted me just knowing he had it and was next door to us! sad

Re: August 2008 Screenshots

Hello
Mine is a very simple and clean one. Mainly keyboard oriented (i'm fan of those approaches a-la-ion3 cool).
Here it is

It's fvwm-2.5.23 on a fresh arch install, it's neither standard package nor fvwm-devel. It's a own-compiled fvwm (arch' packages dont have the translucid patch afaik). I found the wp on deviantart.

Would you mind sharing your fvwm config ?

Re: August 2008 Screenshots

Mine is clean but quite simple.

200808141104281280x800swo0.th.png

ssae4.th.jpg

right now my todo list is something like:

customize urxvt
set up true transparency
set up compositing
setup hotkeys
clean up and optimize all system config files
clean up computer and setup some cron jobs so it keeps itself pretty well maintained
re-do xorg.conf
fix wireless on bootup (it does not want to connect on boot, but works on login with network-tools pkg)
setup mpd
config lighttpd serv

and soo much more yikes

When I'm done however I will know a lot more about linux than I do now and I will be using a computer made for me and my laptop right down to its core.
