Thank you very much, your post helped to me find the solution. I remember that i thinked that hal is not installed by default so i did sudo pacman -S hal, and ive seen that theres new version, so i installed it. But now when i wanted to reinstall udev as you said, i did that and i see that new udev version is available too. so i installed new version, rebooted computer and boom! everythink works now!
Still i got minor problem, When i plug any device i can see it mounted in the storage media, but i dont see any kde notification, and control center > peripherals > storage media > advanced shows that enable medium application autostart after mount is checked. i dont understand why is that so? Is this problem with kdemod? thank you
