what's that special blurred transparency and can you elaborate on your setup overall?

It's compiz-standalone, blurry transparency is Blur Windows plugin. GTK theme is MurrineBlu, emerald theme is my own mod of WhiteMod (upload on request).

Apps on the screen:

SMPlayer
Pidgin
urxvt
pcmanfm-git
myGtkMenu
tint2
2x conky

Actually, still fairly clean:

Openbox with pcmanfm bringing up the rear.
Conky showing now-playing info from foobar2000.
The tint2rc was stolen from na12.

Re: April 2010 screenshots

Nice.

For what I see you also changed the zink decoration to have the window icons closer to the window edge.

What icon theme do you use?

PS try this image upload place imgur

PPS guys do you think this size thumnail is too big? I think it is useful to have bigger thumnails, many are too small and the result is that you 'must' click to see more. With this size you get a clearer view and don't have to zoom unless you want.

Here's my work desktop. I'm relegated to a WinXP machine unfortunately, but I got Arch in a VM installed yesterday to ease my suffering slightly. 2wm as the WM. Nothing really exciting here in the workplace. tongue

Here's my first desktop screenshot. (someone recommend me a better capture tool, this shot seems ugly big_smile (or maybe i'm missing some options...))

So, Openbox 3, Conkies (bottom right (the black rectangle is not really there, it's on the screenshot only big_smile) and top right corners) and an urxvt in the top left. smile

Cheers! smile

;b Thanks for the nice theme.

Just noticed that the "offset" only occurs on maximized windows. I changed this for me with AuroraeDesigner.

I made the feature request to make that possible tongue, haven't had the time to check out the new options yet though, I'll probably wait for tab-support to be implemented first and update all my themes then smile
