Messing with e17, ecomorph, murrine gtk engine supporting rgba etc. E17-theme is Imago v2 with modified borders. Gtk-theme is slightly modified Arta-Darker. Icon-theme is my own mix of Boxi, Magog White and others. Wallpaper here.

Pretty much default KDE SC 4.5 - It's first time ever that I have been satisfied with the default look of any OS/DE (I hope they'll pick good default wallpaper too, the KDE SC 4.4 one was kinda lame.
