makepkg flaw

When making a new package which depends on files in the abs system, like the kernel or kdelibs I get the following

[root@komputer kdelibs]# makepkg
==> Checking Dependencies...
==> Making package kdelibs (Wed Nov 6 12:40:00 CET 2002)
==> Acquiring/Extracting Sources...
==> Using local copy of kdelibs-3.0.98.tar.bz2
==> tar --use-compress-program=bzip2 -xf kdelibs-3.0.98.tar.bz2
==> Found kdelibs.install in build dir
==> tar --use-compress-program=bzip2 -xf kdelibs-3.0.98.tar.bz2
==> Found kde.profile in build dir
==> tar --use-compress-program=bzip2 -xf kdelibs-3.0.98.tar.bz2

Haven't seen that befor, why should the package be extraced over and over again?

Re: makepkg flaw

Yea, that's a bug in makepkg.  I've fixed it in the latest version.
