At home: openbox + pypanel
At work: kde

Right now, gnome considering KDE4 when that is out. Gave openbox a whirl, but I just wasn't ready to do that level of configuration at the moment for what I needed it for so I stuck with gnome for now.

I've been using kde primarily for a couple years now; I don't use flux as much anymore as I did in the past.
+1 for awaiting KDE4.... .1 (That's my random guess of when enough apps will be stable enough for regular office use.)

I have always been a fan of GNOME so that what I use: GNOME + Compiz-Fusion, but am waiting for KDE4 to see if I make the move. I personally am not liking the mono dependence of GNOME, since I got rid of Windows in my system I don't want nothing to do with it, and as the latest news said, MONO is a Microsoft trap.

Have you tried Xmonad?
It's a tiling WM written in Haskell, it's very minimal but with lots of extensions.
Development is fast and it's, though still at version 0.3, very stable.
