UNKNOWN Licence...

Hello,

I'm not sure, weather  this is the right forum.

Now the issue: I have downloaded pipewire-autostart and found a very strange license!

Licenses:     ГОЛ-1.1

Is there some body, who may explain

1. what is the content of this license?

2. where does it come from?

3. what are the consequences?

Hi,
That is indeed strange and does not follow any of the packaging conventions (well-known license from licenses package, SPDX-Expression or a license file provided by the package itself). There is no requirement for that in the AUR submission guidelines, though.

1/2) No idea, It is not a well-known license. Maybe a transliteration of GPL to russian, so maybe it should be GPL-1.1?
3) The package only includes 3 very basic desktop-entry files. Personally I wouldn't think there is anything copyrightable about them, but you'd have to determine that yourself.
