Running Arch linux on the remote and local machine. I can connect, and see the desktop, and because I am using shared I can see the mouse move on the monitor and the remote machine respond. But the local display from the viewer application does not update. Best I get is some artifacts of the screen being duplicated in a cascade pattern. I am running the VNC server from systemd and pretty much followed to a T the Arch VNC server config wiki guide. So far I have tried a few different viewers all behave the same.
Server is an Intel machine, using integrated graphics. Desktop is Mate.
