sudo loop under python-validity

I was trying to set up python-validity, everything was fine until I edited /etc/pam.d/system-auth, where I added at the end of the file this

# In /etc/pam.d/common-auth, the following line is added, and the next line changed.
# The end result (apart from other things that may be in the file) is this:
auth [success=2 default=ignore] pam_fprintd.so max_tries=1 timeout=10 # debug
auth [success=1 default=ignore] pam_unix.so nullk_secure try_first_pass
So now I'm stuck in a loop where every sudo operation needs the fingerprint, but it doesn't work for some reason, on login and screen lock the fingerprint works, thank you very much if you can help me out.
