why i can not change the refresh rate and resolution in kde6?

i use thinkbook 14+, and Intel integrated GPU, display resolution is 2880x1440, in windows, i can use 60Hz or 90Hz  refresh rate ,
but now ,in arch, the refresh rate  is 90hz, and can't be changed.

and the resolution also can't be changed, in this system, only 2880x1440 become effective, when i change to 1920x1200, it's invalid.

for OUT in /sys/class/drm/card*; do echo $OUT; edid-decode $OUT/edid; echo "================="; done

You'll need https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/edid-decode-git

Is this KDE on X11 or KDE on wayland and does the display server make a difference?
