slib update breaks gnucash

Hello!

Gnucash stopped working again. Yesterday's update of slib to 3a4-1 broke gnucash at my machine. When I start gnucash I get the following error:

ERROR: Could not find slib/require.scm in ("" "/usr/share/gnucash/guile-modules" "/usr/share/gnucash/scm" "" "/usr/share/guile/site" "/usr/share/guile/1.8" "/usr/share/guile")

Reverting back to slib-3a1-2 solves the problem.

Cheers,
Sebastian

Re: slib update breaks gnucash

Hello,

Where did you get 3a1_2 from? I haven't got it in my cache since it is a new install, and I've hunted down slib 3a1 and made it compile by tinkering 3a4 PKGBUILD from abs, but I cannot get it to work - which is hardly a surprise, this might be quite a crude method, but it is the only one that I could think of.

Thanks!

Re: slib update breaks gnucash

You need to rebuild gnucash against the new slib version. gnucash is no longer available in any of the Arch repos, but the PKGBUILD is still maintained in the AUR by queueRAM.
