xdelta support in repositories

Now that both pacman and makepkg have the xdelta support, when will be it used in the repositories?

Afaik, no progress is being made on that.


pacman roulette : pacman -S $(pacman -Slq | LANG=C sort -R | head -n $((RANDOM % 10)))

I did not realize that repo-add also needed to be able to generate deltas. I'll work on it this week.

Ok cool, probably you should either send a mail to Dan or pacman-dev ML to ask for a status update and get more details.
(maybe we would want to factorize this code out of makepkg / repo-add to avoid duplication).
