Cannot update

Hi

I am having a problem doing any kind of upgrade using pacman -Syu... THis is what I get...

Any help with what is going on here much appreciated, as the file nvidia-utils: /usr/lib/libXvMCNVIDIA_dynamic.so.1 is surely not something I should be deleting/ moving before I upgrade?
