Live CD w/ kernel >= 2.6.24.5

Hi

Does anyone know of a live cd that has a kernel at 2.6.24.5 or above? I got a new a motherboard/system (Intel D945GCLF mini-itx) and it freezes with modprobe on older kernel versions.

Thanks

Take a look at the tools of the SystemRescueCd [1] and decide if it is okay for you. Another very nice option is doing it by yourself with larch2 [2] because there you can decide by yourself what you want.

Re: Live CD w/ kernel >= 2.6.24.5

Alright thanks. It ended up I was able to boot an older kernel by disable ethernet on the motherboard. I ended up installing arch. Once I was done, I upgrade the kernel (Via usb stick) and then enabled the ethernet again.

Everything works great!
