Any solutions guys.

KDEmod changed their repo layout. Did you update your pacman.conf?

Similar problems here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=52722
But no using KDEMod
On the same post i have the solution (at least for me, and do not need remove all packages)

remove all kde packages and install them again.

removing kdemod-ui-kde did not solve the problem. Here is what I got while trying "pacman -Syu"
checking package integrity...
(19/19) checking for file conflicts [#####################] 100%
error: could not prepare transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
mime-types: /etc/mime.types exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
EDIT:
It seems the problem was with /etc/mime.types
I renamed it as mime.types.backup and then did pacman -Syu and it worked fine. Now in the process of installing kdemod, lets see how it works out.

Now, I got kdm running, but as soon as I log in, it shows that all the stuff are loading and either I get the kdm screen again or white and other colored vertical lines with not-responding machine. Also kdm does not show pekwm in the "session type" which is installed and works fine.
