Where are mcopidl and aRts?

Trying to compile the default KDE C++ project in KDevelop, and ./configure is looking for mcopidl...which I don't seem to have. I believe it's part of aRts, but that package doesn't seem to exist in the repositories or in AUR... What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for help,
_Brent

Re: Where are mcopidl and aRts?

Arts is in kdelibs3 i think, or in some of the other legacy kde3 libs.

If it ain't broke, broke it then fix it.

Re: Where are mcopidl and aRts?

Nope, I already have kdelibs3 installed. I'm not sure why no one else would be having this problem -- is no one else trying to build with KDevelop? It's also weird to me that every answer I've found on the web to a similar question says something like the above: "I _think_ it's in <wherever>" -- no one seems to know. Why is mcopidl so slippery?

Is there any way to search the Arch repositories for a specific file, to find out which package supplies it?

I dropped arts support. You'll have to run configure with --disable-arts or without-arts (don't remeber the exact term)
