libtorrent: ignoring package upgrade (0.11.9-99 => 0.11.9-2)
0.11.9-99 (local) is actually newer than 0.11.9-2 (repo), so why am I getting this?

It looks like it has the "force" option in the PKGBUILD. That is used to force downgrades when necessary.

This package has been upgraded accidentally, afaik.
